Who we are

Entropy Index is operated by Insecurity Index, Inc. This policy covers our public site, applications, World Index workspace, and Internal Index engagements.

What we collect

Contact and firm details you submit (name, email, organization, role, scope). Account credentials if you create a workspace. Application and payment metadata (including wire references). Standard technical logs (IP, device, pages) needed to operate the service.

How we use it

To review applications, unlock pricing, provide the Index, deliver engagements, bill, and improve the product. Aggregated anonymized platform data may support Index improvement and methodology validation. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

Processors that help us run the product (hosting, auth, email, payments). We share only what is required. We may disclose when required by law.
