Site vs license

These Terms cover use of the public website and marketing surfaces. World Index firm licenses and Internal Index engagements are governed by the Order Form and license terms you scroll-sign in the application flow.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the site. Do not attempt to access another firm’s workspace. Complimentary briefs and public pages are informational — not investment advice.

Index scores measure systemic stress. They are not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any security or to take any operational action.
